I suggest you put your VIN into a reputable Lexus parts site and see what comes up. If the base Nav screen and radio are the same 2011- 2013, this would be good to know. Take the part number you have for your HU and do a where used.

Maybe you're dealing with multiple issues?

Any of these listed match yours? If so, do that where used search as suggested.

What is wrong about it, is the plug configration different? Do you have standard or mark levinson audio? Since there are different ways the wiring is done depending on the trim level, sometimes just knowing the year is not enough

Which radio did you get? The one I got actually is compatible with nav and non-nav. Here are the instructions for mine. (refer to C). Not sure if same for yours.

You might have to bite the bullet and buy the proper wire harness from that seller assuming it will work with your aftermarket radio. Just make sure you take photos of your existing car harnesses and the back of your original stereo and send those to them.

I had a bad experience from Alibaba. My aftermarket stereo wasn't working properly and actually died on me in 2 months (wouldn't boot up anymore). Luckily I put in a dispute and got back half my money back. I had no choice but to purchase another motherboard from them. All in all, I spent another $20. They sent me one from another manufacturer and seems to be working well. Now one of the USB ports is disconnecting sporadically. I took the USB wire harness apart and found one of the crimped pins is crushed, so maybe the connection isn't too good. I'm waiting for a replacement USB cable harness ....another $6.
