Default Adjusting Headlights Vertically Help.

Hi

I know this topic has been asked and discussed before.
I had my local shop mechanic adjust my headlights (STOCK HIDS) on my 2008 IS350 but he definitely overadjusted them vertically as my lights shine enough where I can see the edge of the beam on a 2 story house in my down my street (no its sloped upwards). I can't see anything in front of me beyond 10 feet or so. I even went back and he said they were adjusted correctly. LOL.
Before the headlights were aimed too low since the car is lowered with springs. They lit up the street nicely but wanted a little more distance.
I can't find the adjustment **** slot in the engine bay. I looked everywhere i could think of. Lexus manual, forums, you tube etc. I am obviously blind and ignorant! I saw that there was a post with pictures but I couldnt see the pics in the my browser. Yes all the engine covers are removed. Unfortunately I just can't find them.
1. Can anyone clearly point out where the adjustment wheel are located exactly in the engine bays? I know the approximate location from the forum, manual, you tube etc but still can't find them.
Can someone send pics?
2. Also, once I locate the vertical adjustment wheel, which direction is it turned (if I am standing behind the headlight) to lower? Counter Clockwise?

Thank you kindly
