Hey guys I have a 2010 is250 with 130k. This car is new to me. I believe I may be having shifting issues or someone modified the ecu. So when shifting it shifts super early. Pretty much skips over 3rd gear and then I’m in 4th gear before 20mph, 5th before 30-35, and 6th before 45. Also when on the highway and I want to gun it. It will downshift on its own. It will go from 6th to 4th and sometimes 3rd to get up to speed. Is this common?? Most sedans I’ve driven this isn’t normal lol. I’m going to reset the ecu by taking out the EFI and ETCS fuse to see if that helps. Please if anyone else has experienced this or knows a solution. Thanks in advance.
