Default No window functionality besides driver window after battery disconnected

I was working on my 2008 Lexus IS 250 and had to disconnect the battery for a time. On the road a passenger lowered the front passenger window halfway and later noticed they could not raise it or lower it. I tried the other windows but no luck ( they were all working yesterday). I saw on other post the typical quick fix with reprogramming the windows individually(down for a few second and up for another few seconds). I tried these fixes but found that I had no passenger window functionality even on the individual switches on each door. The only window that remains operable is the driver window. In addition to this, the driver window button failed to blink orange during the reprogramming process.

Solved: seems to have been caused by a finicky parent lock. Although I had made sure to turn the parent lock off multiple times the passenger windows still had no function. I unplugged the battery, replugged it back in, and pressed the parent lock a few times. After that the passenger windows were working and I was able to do the typical power window reset.
