Default is 250 problem

Hi all I was replacing connector on the camshaft sensor. I must have shorted something out and now I have no dash lights when pressing ignition button.
I lost my 5v and nothing on the instrument panel lights up.

Can anyone help?

What concerns me is on the dashboard now no lights go on NO ABs, no vsc, no skid control, no engine light.

If you checked every fuse. Try disconnecting the negative side of battery for about 15 minuetes. So the instrument cluster is completely not coming on? Tac, and speedometer led's?
