Hey guys! I have a six speed standard transmission IS250 and, although the gears are shifting smoothly, the H pattern seems somewhat loose and I can slightly feel the "teeth" when placing it in third some times so I believe I might need a new shifter assembly due to the plastic parts within the shifter being worn out. Has anyone done this and is it difficult? From what I can see its only a few bolts but there are no YouTube videos available. Is it a pretty straight forward swap?
