Default 2007 IS250 No Throttle Response

Hey Guys & Gals, been awhile since I've been on here, but I HAD TO get the Right Information 👊💯💯 . Here goes, I got a 2007 is250 that was driving fine . I changed the battery and now I've got Check Engine, VCS, ABS & No Throttle Response 😱🤯 . Have changed Throttle Body, checked and changed the ETCS fuse, but it's still the same 🤯 . I ran codes and have come up with the following ones ; P0102, P0113, P2118, C0200, C0205 and C1201 . NONE of those codes were present BEFORE changing the battery . I'm just about ready to ditch the car and go back to my SC400 💪💯👊👍, but I like this car and it is fun to drive . Please help . Thx in advance 👊💯👍 .

You do the work yourself? If so, anything else happen that is worth noting? Several of these come up after a battery reversal.

Please check all the fuses and report back. The fuseable links sound maybe OK, those in the cabin less so..

Yes all work is being done by me
All fuses and links have been checked . From what I am understanding (1)the computer is not sending a signal for the throttle body (2) that the voltage that comes from the ECTS fuse is below specs computer has disabled the circuit (Limp Home Mode) . What I need is a pinout of the ECU, so that I can check the battery voltage at the ECU from the ECTS fuse 👍 .

You can make 3 day account on Toyota's TIS and pull down all the schematics you like. You can subscribe for longer but it will cost you. That said, there are also all of the troubleshooting fish diagrams on there. Us without their *test tools* may not be able to gather specific data needed to be conclusive but in your case, it may be worth it.

Thx Champion for your Worthy Advice, I was leaning towards that direction, but I wanted to see if Anyone else had had the Same issue and figured it out . TIS is Definitely the Best way to go IF your savvy enough with diagrams and schematics 👊💯👍
