That's awesome! Are you the original owner and did you put those miles on your car? Also is everything original?

Original owner and all miles on me. The only upgrade on the car are the Ohlins Coilovers that are currently sitting on 201k miles. Been looking to replace them but they are out of stock. Been looking at the RR-Racing ones but every time I call them they never answer.

not sure what my lifetime mileage but I would assume 27-29. My tank usually gets me 400 miles.

Here is my fill up from this morning and my one way commute to work. Traveling 60-65 mph today to see what I can get. Tonight is another story, more hills to go through.

Car wise, nothing on the interior or exterior. Re-tinted the window before COVID after 10 years. In regards to the motor,

1 radiator
1 thermostat
1 water pump
1 master cylinder
1 oil pan (recent)
1 transmission pan and filter

A Ton of Tires
A set of Front and Rear Rotors
A few brake pads
A ton of car washes and car details
Still have the original floor mats

I’m due for an oil change and I’m going to try out the ol Amsoil to see if I can start doing 15k oil changes.

yes, when I changed the water pump, I change the radiator, thermostat, and upper and lower hoses.

I also changed the Valve gasket around 250k

I forgot to mention, I recently changed my MAF sensor 1 year ago. It went bad and It was throwing codes.

I also forgot to mention the tsb on the engine and gas tank issue.

fuel filter is original. I’m a stickler on adding fuel additives in the tank. Also a stickler on keeping my engine degreased.

I changed the oil drain plug and replaced it with a Fumoto Valve.

Im trying to keep the Spark plug intervals now at 50k so I can keep a better eye on things. Also in the middle of changing all fluids to again. My goal is to hit 500k in 3-4 years.

Thats cool gives me motivation to keep my car even though it has problems--bad cats and trans getting weak. Either I keep it fix the problems or sell it get a new car but then Ill have car payment 350-450 month for a lease.

Which ever route you take, it will always be the right choice. As for me, I just got done paying off the wife’s truck so I don’t want any payments. Working on her truck makes me envy how much room she has compared to our cars.

Or you can do what I did for my wife...lease a 2020 Hyundai Ioniq EV for $190 a month! Not a bad car, it drives pretty nice and it saves me so much money I just parked her 2013 Sienna. Costs me roughly about .04 cents a mile to drive. Not nearly as fun as the IS350, but with the money I save with her driving it, I didn't have sell her van. The best part is I just plug in at night and it's fully charged in the morning, no gas stations, no oil changes etc

Nice, around how many miles did you replace the master cylinder and why?

Also, did you need to replace the radiator or you just did it out of precaution, around how many miles as well?

I have an 08 IS250 with 250K+ miles and a 12 IS350 F-Sport with 85K+ miles.
