I'm looking to get 17" winter rims for my is350. I plan on running 225/45/17 all around (non staggered)

Will these Acura TL rims fit my car?

The specs look good on the paper, the only issue with 350s they have larger front brake calipers that often prevent from fitting wheels that normally fit on 250. The only way to find out is to fit the wheels on front axle and see if the clear the calipers.
You may find more info on fitting winter rims on 350 in 3rg gen IS, they pretty much have the same issues with the bulky front calipers.
