Default New OnePlus will not stream to bluetooth- UPDATE- Got it working

Yesterday I received my new OnePlus 7T to replace my Pixel XL2, and I got it to connect to Bluetooth for phone calls only, but it will not stream audio. When I try to connect the audio, the infotainment continually tries to connect to my old Pixel, although I removed it. When I go to audio settings and I try to add my OnePlus, all I see is the Pixel, and there is no way to remove it from there and add my new phone. I tried removing my OnePlus and re-adding it, but it will only connect for phone calls only. Any help is appreciated on being able to connect my OnePlus so I can stream audio and completely remove my Pixel

I have a 2010 IS350 with the Maps function, streaming BT audio ect.

On the OnePlus go to Bluetooth profiles it should be connected to Car Media. Once there activate the for audio button. I assume it's not activated.

Thanks for your response. I went to the Bluetooth setting (on the OnePlus), went to the CAR MULTIMEDIA-->Settings and everything is enabled:
Phone calls- Enabled
Media Audio- Enabled
Contact Sharing- Enabled

The problem is the Lexus infotainment system keeps trying to connect to the Pixel for Audio

Since you have Nav radio. I don't know the settings for it. On my non NAV there is a reinitialize setting that wipes all paired devices.

To delete old phone; go to phone setup -> delete phone.

Like Mike said, you connect to Media vs phone. This gives you multiple BT streams when paired this way.

I'm using a galaxy S7 which supports V4.2 LE and my concern is that newer phones are at V5.0. Does anyone know if V5 works?

Yeah, I did that. I deleted the old Pixel and added the OnePlus exactly the same as I did the Pixel. Under phones the Pixel does not show up, but under "Audio" settings it still shows up, and you cannot delete it. There is another blank slot that shows up, but there is no phone in that blank spot and no way to add another one

OK guys got it to work! I went into the audio setting and went directly into Bluetooth and hit the "Initialize" button, then re-added CAR MULTIMEDIA in the BT settings of my OnePlus. Everything is working, I am able both make calls and stream from my OnePlus. BTW, the OnePlus 7T is an amazing phone. Very fast and smooth, and priced below all the other Flagship premium phones. But that is for another forum!

I think if you want to make it better use the private DNS for cloudflare. It seems to speed up my mobile internet. I've tried both Google and Cloudflare. By far cloudflare is faster.

Yes, it's on Android 10. I setup the private DNS to Cloudflare, and it's so far working great! I have not had a chance to do a speed test, but will do one later today
