Is it the one that goes to the ECU housing?
Never mind it looks like the thermostat housing.???

Yep...thermostat comes with all of that. https://ebay.to/2PERjeh

Might as well do some maintenance while you're at it changing that. Depending on your mileage, may want to look into the hoses, waterpump and belt. It would be a shame to replace that and then have the others fail too.
