Default Car won’t start

Gm fam! I really need y’all help with this issue I’m having with my 2006 is250. Yesterday I changed my 2is to the 3is bumper and only one side of the fog lights work so I hooked up my power probe and added to a wire that cut the the car off (I know stupid but hey I was trying to get the fog lights to work) but my first instinct was to check for blown fuses which I found a couple, replaced them. Now my car still won’t start, I checked all of the fuses but no luck. My P/S light won’t go out and my gear indicator on the dash isn’t showing either. I don’t know what to do anymore! Can anyone help? Below I linked a link to show the issues

Initially, I was thinking you might want to check the fusible link (the large/long) fuse in front of the battery (inside of a black cover). But you seem to have some power to accessories and both that steering wheel lock AND trans selector issue has got me baffled. But still, check out your fusible link; it could cause a BUNCH of issues if blown.

I would get a meter and check each fuse for continuity. You could have missed a fuse checking visually. You might also want to make sure you didn't unplug anything by accident during the bumper swap. Is there a connection to the P/S Rack you might have to check?
