Default Electrical short or alternator problem

I can’t seem to figure this thing out.... but I started my car and the right turn signal is stuck on and and won’t go out. I go outside to see that the daylight running light is dim on the passenger side and the low beam light won’t come on. I see that the rear passenger light is on. Which doesn’t make any sense since the lights switch is apparently turned off. Any suggestions of what this problem could be? When the indicator light isn’t showing the light acts normal.... please help as now the car needs to be jumped to start. Also the floor lights and the dome lights fuse keeps blowing periodically. I would hate to get rid of the car 😢

Looks like a serious short going on somewhere there! Has any, and I mean any type of work been done on this car as the wiring loom/harness is so complicated on this vehicle that something that you may seem totally unconnected with this problem may be the culprit. ie new battery fitted or LED interior lights added for example.

Did you get a new battery? If so, is it the same amps as the previous one?
Have your battery and alternator checked too. Alternator may be malfunctioning since you said some fuses keeps blowing.
And get the codes read too, if there are any.

Yes I took it the dealership and they said the old battery was was dead so they put a new one in... I figured they would know what kind since it was a Lexus dealership... the lights are direct fit aftermarket but the problem been there before I switched them out. I replaced the alternator 6/2017 I would think it’s odd that a new alternator would be malfunctioning but not too far fetched... I wanna say short but there’s never been any major repair don’t before the lights started to act up... here’s a link to the video of the car

Did you get the new alternator before they changed the dead battery?
A dead battery can ruin an alternator. Corroded battery terminals could be the culprit too.
If none of them is the problem then I can't think of anything else besides bad spark plugs.
It sounds weird but my friend's fuel gauge and stuff weren't working until we changed his spark plugs.
Have you read the codes yet?
