Default A Special SItuation

Hello everyone, I am new and novice when it comes to auto maintenance. I have 06 IS250 AWD, first owner. I don't drive this car that often, it only has 72,000 km (NOT MILES), 17,000 km on highway. I did the regular services during the warranty period, after that only did maintenance when needed; however, I did all the recalls. With this mileage and age what kind of services should I do? I don't like the dealer close to me (they don't give loaner car nor they have enough shuttle service) and wish to know what should I do so I can take the car to specific shops to do the work unless there's something that's critical and has to be done by Lexus.
Thank you very much for your suggestions/advises and help.

I have a IS, that is being driven about 1,000 miles a year, often less.

I am doing 1 yearly oil change. 3 year, radiator, and all fluid changes. Stays on battery tender, indoors.

Good luck.

Def do all fluid changes, that includes transmission fluid as well.
You don't need to take your car to Lexus dealer, just find a good independent shop or Toyota mechanic in your area.

Thank you very much primavera,
The transmission is "sealed" given the low mileage do you really think it should be also changed?

Your transmission fluid's been there for 13 years, I think it's time for a quick drain and fill. Honestly it's as easy as changing your engine oil. Check for any leaks around oil pan, if it's bone dry, just change the fluid. If you see any leaks, it's probably good idea to change the filter and the gasket.

Buy about 4 1lb bags of desiccant.
1 in the trunk
2 cabin
1 under the hood.
This will absorb moisture so it doesn't mildew.

Cover the dash, door panels, seats. Although the glass has UV protectio sitting in the same spot will take its toll.
Tires. Tires can dry rot. Look at the date code. If more than 5 years old I'd inspect them thoroughly.

I know everyone said all fluids, but flush the brake fluid. Toyota 10 year antifreeze is good stuff. I would leave it for 8 years.

So why have it as an ornament? Why not drive it?

I am shopping for a specially designed/built capsule to park my IS in,
I live 7 minutes away from my work. I have another family car. I am not a fan of consumerism.
