Default Front Wheels rubbing on fender liner

Hi im new to this forum, but need some help on an issue im currently having. I recently installed 19 inch wheels on my RWD IS250. Specs 235/35 - 19 front 265/30- Rear. It lowered don colovers. I have slight rubbing on the front fender liner, has anyone else encountered this issue? and how was it corrected ?
Any assistance would help. I want to try avoiding going back up as the stance is perfect now.

Thanks

You can either remove the entire liner (I did) or you can manipulate the liner by adding heat (heat gun) and pushing it back.

Defs go with heating up the liner and pushing it back slightly.
