Lightbulb Help me decide what to buy! IS250 vs IS350

Hey guys I have been looking for an is350 for 6 months now and so far I have only stumbled upon three good Lexus IS around Ontario, Canada (Provincial) but 2/3 owners are asking way too much for a used car in CAD$. I also don't know if the IS250 is worth it.

1st option:
Ultrasonic blue mica (With 3m guards , hood, fenders, side skirts)
2012 IS250 fully loaded with F-sport RWD
Clean title (will come with carfax)
comes with 13 speaker audio system (i think its the ML system)
Fully loaded with navigation
the owner will include brand new Winter and summer tires
114k KM (71k MILES)
16k CAD or (12k USD based on google exchange rate) (But i can maybe negociate for 14/15k CAD )

2nd option:
Black
2012 IS350 RWD
Luxury and premium package, Fully loaded with navigation
I noticed theres paint chips on the front bumper
Comes with Niche rims (rims i actually wanted) on Continental summer tires
Bridgestone winter tires on original rims
Comes with F-sport performance exhaust (i also wanted this lol)
Will provide Dealership history
100k km (62k MILES)
asking price 19k CAD$ (14.1k USD)

3rd option:
White
2013 IS350 RWD
F-sport fully loaded with Navigation
Clean title and owner would provide carfax too
Back tires and brakes are brand new
Everything is stock
117k km (72.7k MILES)
Asking price 20k CAD (15k USD)

I have been very indecisive with these three options as there has not been any other good listings in Ontario, Canada.
Do you guys think I should wait another few months? I'm not in a hurry as this is going to be my first ever car but It would really help with everything I do and help with my productivity.
Also i noticed there isnt any problems with the 2012/2013 IS250/IS350 except for the Airbag recalls. Is there anything else I should watch out for, recalls or problems?

Thanks in advance Club Lexus family!

I would go with Option 2 with lower miles, luxury package, and cheaper. And it has the mods you want; assuming everything else not posted is about the same.

You can't go wrong with the 350's, plus it's the wheels(#2) you want.

Option #2 looks like a good deal to me. I bought a 2010, same equipment, with 50k miles for a little bit more than they are asking for the 2012. My 2010 is in excellent shape and with the low miles I took the deal. The asking price was 18.5k...

PS, mine is a IS350C if that matters...

For reference, 13 speaker = non ML. These cars have 3 speakers in each door totally 12, then the sub on the rear deck. ML has 15 total (dash speaker and another rear deck speaker). TBH, I don't think the stock system is bad for what it is. Would I have bought a car with ML if I had the chance though? Absolutely.

Would pass on a 250. 2nd option looks best IMO unless you really want the F-Sport model (though it is a year newer, but has 10k more miles. Never was a fan of black cars, so I'd prob take the F-sport model myself)

I purchased a 2010 IS 350 with 65K miles, black on black, luxury package, and very nearly flawless. I looked in the Dallas Ft. Worth area for about a year before finding one that would meet my expectations and criteria. I paid a bundle for it (more than your 2012) but have not regretted a day of ownership. Maintenance records are a key for me as well.

Good luck in your decision.
