Default 2006 Lexus is250

My Lexus has been at a auto shop for 3 weeks because she wouldn't start and two fuses keep blowing. Now the auto shop calls and tell me it was the main fuse box and they changed it out but the fuses still are blowing and now my car starts but won't go over 15mph...oh he's charging 320 for NOTHING. SOME PLEASE TELL ME SOME IDEAS OF WHATS WRONG WITH MY CAR? I feel like I shouldn't pay him *"$# my car still broke....Help me please.

Wild guess here, but is the battery in the right orientation? If not there's a short some where along the power cables to the alternator. For the $300 take it as a loss, and move on to someone with more experience. My opinion the car has been in that shop too long. Also you mentioned not going 15mph? Did your mechanic mentioned anything about throttle body issues? What fuses?
