A pillar cover gap, how to remove clip....
Does anyone have this gap on their A pillar cover? It was there ever since I purchased the car 3 months ago. It seems the person had the windshield repaired so they probably removed or installed the a pillar cover wrong.
Ive taken the a pillar cover off completely and tried reattaching but the gap is better but still there.
The only thing I think it may be is the black hook clip is worn, not holding the pillar tight. So I want to try replacing it with a new one.
1) Does anyone know how to remove that black hook clip? I tried twisted and pulling outward but the clip won't come off. I scratch some of the paint underneath the clip trying to do it.
2) Does anyone know the part number for the clip?
3) What else can be cause the gap?

I had this problem a while ago with my car's passenger side and the dealer did fix it with replacing 62211-53050-BO GARNISH, FR PILLAR. I think it might have been the clip that was loose.
