You're going to want to check the sonar.

If you removed/replaced your bumper. Make sure you reconnect the parking sensor

If you have done Anything to your car recently then check that it has'nt impacted on the 'Sonar' system, this includes if you have washed your car with a pressure washer and blasted the transmitters with the lance a bit close for example!

Owners manual states that faulty sensor posistion will flash.
