Default Building wheels for the 1st time need expert advice

as the title says, Looking to have some wheels built soon.
First time doing this so I do want to get it right on top of being AWD I dont want to mess up my car. I have ran multiple staggered set ups so far, and have had no issues thanks to the help of many on the forums getting me the right information.
Once again I need your help.

So here's where we're at. I am on Megan EZ coils. Stock brakes and calipers, don't plan on getting bbk. Fenders are rolled. Reason why I am not going with a square set up is I want to get as much concavity in my wheels as possible with the wheels I am getting.
I'm going back to 19s so I can raise my car up some. goin down to 18s I had to dump it for it to look right and I've paid the price by scraping through out the city daily and quite frankly that got old lol.

So heres the current set up.
I am running 18x9 +35 with 225/40/18 in front
18x10 +35 rear. 225/35/19
I am looking to go
19x9.5 +28 with 235/35/19
and
19x10.5 +30 with 275/35/19/

Will this set up be fine? Anything else you recommend over this? Will I have to stretch my tires? Honestly I don't like the stretch tire look but if I have to go this route I will. Thanks in advance

That 235 on a 9.5 will stretch. 275 on a 10.5 is square, so u good there.

Watch out, he got AWD so the tires ratio must be same for from and rear (at least close enough).

you may have run staggered wheel sizes in the past but you tire size was very close, front to back (as whitebeast pointed out).
running staggered tires will change the characteristics of the AWD system, and though many Subaru stance guys have ran it before, only time will tell what it will do to the drivetrain.
you must keep the outer diameter of the tires the same or close, regardless of width.

curious what you figured out. what sizing and tire combo did you decided to go with?
