Steering wheel problem

Default Steering wheel problem

Hi i have a 2009 is 250 AWD. I have noticed that it is easier to turn the car to the left than right. I did the alinment and unplugged the battery for 20 min, unfortunately the problem is still there and its driving me nuts, thankfully for any help. P.s new to this stuff

Sounds like a candidate for wiring inspection of the steering ECU.
On old hydraulic systems it is not uncommon to have internal leaks creating this condition. On an electric assist unit you need to unplug the connections at the rack, the steering ecu, and **potentially** the steering column.
You are looking for corrosion, burns, growth, any kind of discoloration from heat damage. I would start at the steering ECU below the battery.
disconnect battery first.

Also after cleaning the connections it would be wise to coat the pins with dielectric grease to prevent corrosion/oxidation. That said d-grease will not stop either of these once underway.
