Hey guys i drive a 2008 awd is250 and i have recently bought a 2011 awd is250 for parts. Which major things besids all cosmetic part were improved or changed that i should be looking to change over from?

So far ill be changing the:
front bumper/grill/headlights/side mirrors/tail lights/gps head unit
