It's in a tight spot for cords and cables. Not sure what they were thinking?? Even the little Rav4 has two USB ports in a sensible place...

I have the Sandisk 64Gb Ultra Fit flash drives in my 2014 LS and 2010 Prius. 400 CDs ripped at 320kbps - no need for satellite radio! They even go up to 128Gb.

Unfortunately, my 2008 IS250 doesn't have the USB socket.

Question: Do song titles show up on the Nav screen in the USB Aux mode to choose from? Also is there a random play option for it?

Yes and yes. However, and IIRC random is per Album/folder only unless you dump all your MP3's into the root folder which would be painfull and messy for most of us. File, folder, artist, mp3 file name.

Honest, not the best interface... So don't load music you don't want to hear. You can skip folders one by one after pressing the Audio button...

Yeah, the interface is pretty terrible. Very slow to scroll through the list of folders if you have a lot of albums like I do. And once you drill into a folder, it will only random play the songs in that folder. Yup, I just made a folder called "All Music" and dump a copy of all the MP3s in there, it's a big mess to navigate but I just leave it in that folder on Random play, have to go a long time before a song repeats, so I just let it go.

An overlooked option for music selction are the Voice Commands:
Play Artist <name>
Play Song <name>

Works well for testing ones memory too! Assuming you and Lex communicate well! lol

would be awesome if someone can figure out the wiring so that 06-08 people can install the 09+ oem nav & audio unit so that we can get those bt and usb feature also better reliability for the nav...
