At the starting up of the engine it revs up to 1000 RPM and then slowly starts to get to 800 and sit still there. In the course of 2,3 minutes is back to 800. Is this normal? You have a youtube video showing this behaviour (i didn't really had time to sit in front of the dash waiting for it to go to 800 but you can see at the end of the video that the needle dropped a few millimetres).

This is normal
