Ebay Bumper 2IS to 3IS Conversion

Lowest estimate I got was 4.4 paint/clear hours (@$44/hr) for the bumper and lip plus about $135 in materials.
2nd Estimate: 4.8 hrs (@$46/hr) plus $165 materials.
3rd Estimate: 5.8 hrs (@$46/hr) plus $135 materials.
The actual insurance payout estimate for my accident paid the following:
4.6 hrs for bumper overhaul
3.1 hrs for paint (@$42/hr)
$84 for materials.
All estimates included another like $10-$15 in EPA fees and flex additives.
So expect to pay between $350 and $500 with tax depending on the shop you choose.
I went to a shop that claimed to do really good work in my area but I had them redo mine after the first attempt at paint. Their painter didn't do the proper prep on the mold lines and edges plus there was some orange peel I didn't like. It all comes down to the paint and body guy doing the work. Most busy shops I find, seem to rush things since 90% of customers don't care or know better.
I paid $712 but also got my trunk lid emblem holes filled and painted ($250 more). In retrospect, I probably should have gone to low price estimate, since all the shop around me always seem to disappoint. I am very picky with my body shops (I spent most of my HS years hanging out at a buddy's body shop so I know the business).

Its the hybrid style emblem which I like better for the contrast. The black is too plain plus I have too much black on my black car. I don't like the black pearl cause its the old style frame/L logo, which Lexus is doing away with. All the new models have the solid L emblem with sonar sensor built in.

My full review of the bumper and my install methods.
Waited all this time to get all my parts ready. The LED DRL headlights were the bottleneck. Finally got the retrofit LED projectors done and the LED drivers and controllers figured out. That build is on this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...eadlights.html
I had the lip painted Obsidian but it was too much black for me. Went with some Plasti-dip with silver metalizer to add some contrast and match wheels and grill.

yes and no. I ordered early on and the photos had lip but no lip was shipped. I got $100 refund.
Two months later I found out the stocked the correct lip and sold separately for $100 shipped. I got it 2 days later since they have a drop ship warehouse in ATL.
the current price is $80 difference between with and without. But they raised the base price $100.

Do you have the link for it cause there are too many of them. I'm currently working on the conversion for IS350C with ebay bumper without the lip

Same seller, Ikon Motorsports, sells both. They also list under Advance Tuning. Same parent company.
If Ikon is Sold Out, try another company down the street from them, probably the same product.

If if you just need lip, you can email them.
