the white is conversion picture is the not the one they are selling. That's a member custom made is/gs mixed bumper. I believe the one on ebay is a different one from that picture. It should fit really well. its polyurethane so its easy to make it fit snug.

I just received my bumper conversion from Ikon (same company as Advance Tuning on eBay).

If Ikon is Sold Out, try another company down the street from them, probably the same product.

I just unboxed last night and preliminary impressions are good as far as polypropylene plastic quality. The mold is real nice and has alot of premolded screws for everything on the back. It uses OEM style fog lights found in most all Lexus and Toyota since 2009. The ones that came with this are OEM Lexus Style LED fogs. The grill was disappointing because it had four useless holes in the middle!!! Not sure if in China or other markets they have a difference front license plate holder. The OEM dimples and backside screw molds are there for the US license plate for you to drill.
The fog light surround is mold as part of bumper, no insert which is fine with me since I have black car. Those with lighter cars may have to mask this during paint to get contrast look.
Does not come with emblem...I plan on getting one of the CT400 aftermarket emblems on eBay for like $50. If you use an OEM emblem, you will need to break the bottom tab off since this grill does not have the slit for it. It looks to be molded based upon the A/M emblems out there. See the unsightly hole not used by any of use in the middle of grill below emblem. I plan on just buying the OEM style A/M grill for like $120...I could use some plastic ABS filler and try to file and mold the pattern but might not be worth my time. Grill is also painted gloss black, I plan on having it repainted in a gunmetal with a satin clear to match OEM better.
Bumper mold is high quality...there is only four lower tabs for underpanels...I know OEM 2IS has like 9 under screws, not sure many were for bumper vs. under panels alone.
The tow hook cover is round not square like OEM 3IS. Mine will need some heat to get it to fit 100%. Comes with some wire mesh for the side air ducts. You can leave these off, since OEM has them open, I think.
OEM style LED fogs with H11 socket. If you have 06-09, you will need a $3 harness adapter for 9006 to H11.
Fog mount holds, uses all four screws. I think most Toyota OEM bumper use 1 or 2 of the screws plus a tuck/tab insert hole.
The lower part of the bumper doesn't have the compression clip tabs like OEM bumper that holds the grill in place. They rigged some panel clips in order to hold the grill in place.
They used some very ugly home depot type screws and washers for grill, I plan on using OEM screws from my bucket of car parts/screws collected over the years.
I took the grill apart, those unsightly holes again. Be careful with the chrome surround, clips are brittle and it is very fragile when separated...I'm sure the OEM one is too.
It is also missing the lower parking sensor plugs like OEM. I plan on installing some LED with a 30mm projector there. I saw it on one of the conversion threads from 2015.

No lip was shipped...I have a grievance in for that since all their advertising photos show lip. In addition, the listing says "Bumper Set" which can mean it includes everything shown.

Ok Thanks..Just wondering also since it looks like all the sellers seem to be showing pics with lips attached to the bumpers..Anyways keep us updated with any fitment issues on the car..It looks good in the pictures, but let us know if you run into any issues..

they are sending me the lip in the photos. I'm not sure if it's supposed to come with it but all photos have lip so I had a valid argument. The photos from the other seller, Innovative, shows lip on stock photo but no lip on the actual car install. I assume they all are selling same bumper.
I also gave them feedback on the grill holes. After researching, the holes might be a JDM or other market thing since their plates are wide and not tall like USDM that uses the dimple drill holes. The thing is all their other 3is bumpers have the correct no hole grill. I ended up ordering another after market lower grill without the holes.
I need to to find time to test fit but with 3 kids. Hard to find time.
