Default Crankshaft Position Sensor

Can anyone provide me with a link to determine the location of the Crank Position Sensor on a 2008 IS250. I have searched the internet for days trying to find a diagram or pictures and had no luck.

Today I took off the cover under the engine and tried to find them but could not locate anything.

Looked top down as well.

No luck.

I've already replaced the VVT sensors (both sides, both sensors) and the cam position sensors but need to locate the Crank sensors to complete the program.

A picture or two, or link to them would clearly help point me in the right direction.

Please help, if you can. IT would be greatly appreciated.

It's in the LH side of the block near the crank. You need to remove the A/C compressor to get access to it I believe.

^I think you miss read the OP's post. The issue was the location of the CRANKSHAFT position sensor. It is actually in your picture though, but at the very bottom near where Jeff said, at the A/C compressor.

OT but i didnt know the 4GR-FSE had a cold start injector. Now to find the thread where guys 250 has to go through 3 long cranking sessions before it starts cold. I bet something is wrong with his CS injector system.

Was this added post 2012 to help reduce carbon build-up maybe? Is that injector on the intake manifold and pre intake valve?

There haven't been to many confirmed failures. I'd be looking close at connectors and wiring before pulling that out. That said, I'd find the wires at the ECU side and test them from that location. Unplug at ECU with battery disconnected.

I may be completely wrong here but is there any way that this could be attributable to a failing alternator?
