Default Headlight replacement
I have a 2012 is250, I wanted to know do you really have remove bumper to be able to remove headlights?

If you want to remove the complete headlight assembly, yes.

The bolts holding the headlight assembly in is behind the bumper so yeah you've got to remove it to replace it.
