Default '12 Headlights on '08 IS350 PROBLEM!!

Hello CL,

I have a 2008 IS350. I got the 2012 Headlights to do the conversion. I followed the DIY from here and rewired them to put them in my car, however the signals are not working. The LED strips work fine and everything else in the headlights jut not the turn signals.

Here s what i did:

- I repinned the solid green wire from the top left to the bottom next to the white and black cable. (see attached photo)
- i also cut the white and black cable and tapped it to the red wire.

That's all i did and my signals aren't working, Can anybody point what i have done wrong?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Best thing I can advise is to sit there with a test light and check the wires, make sure you've got the right signal wires.

From there check the other side of the plug and check that the wires connect to the correct globes you need.

I know it's basic, but it will be the best way to figure out where you've gone wrong.

There will be a wire for the left and a wire for the right on both sides of the plug, make sure left is to left and right is to right.

That means little to us without the directions and/or old to new schematic. I beleive the turns are LED, you can test these with a 9V battery. Confirm the light purchased, works!

Perhaps ohm back to the respective fuse to verify A goes to B....

The turn signals aren't led.
