I had a short email conversation with OVtune last night. For what it's worth, according to them the 1.32 is just a software update not the new tune, they won't release it until winter. False alarm I guess but as the current one is working fine, I'm ok with that.

Hey guys! New here but I have always looked up info here on tbe forums... Can anyone provide me with the link to the tune... I wanna tune mines but not sure which route to go with as far as brand...

Also , if you have FB , Mathew Wilson “is” OV. So if you join isfreaks page , you can get more updated information as well. He created a full tuning software which seems to be pretty incredible.

I know this is a bit old, but this the newest post I've seen for the IS350 using the OV Tune. I wondering if anyone knew why OV Tune no longer supports the IS350 on their website?

I'm not certain why the IS350 support has been discontinued but OV is currently providing a tune for the IS200t so they are not entirely out of the Lexus game. If you go with the RR Racing Tune, you can request to have your rev limit set to 7400 RPMs (ala OV tune) but they don't recommend it due to potential impact to reliability.

Understand this to be older post however, interested in knowing the throttle response can be improved by the use of a OBD tuning device to "flash" ECU or recalibration of the throttle body to improve the throttle response (without the use of a hand held throttle controller device as discussed here for the 3r Gen);

There's a post of the OP buying off eBay a different brand. Car stalled on him while just reversing in the driveway after install. Save your money and invest in something useful, or run ECT PWR full time.

It's not worth it I ran one of these a few years back. After a year it almost got me decreased. Trying to cross a median it decides to cut out stalling the car. Luckily it happened leaving my neighborhood entrance. Made a U turn and limped the car home and gutted it out.

Understood and thank you for providing the additional information with regard to installing / using a throttle controller.
Would an OBD tuning device be available to perhaps "flash" the ECU or re-calibration of the throttle body to eliminate to improve the throttle response?
