I'm assuming it's either a bad MAF sensor, or the throttle body is going.

Wow what are the chances someone on CL have the same issue as me the same day and the same error code. My is also p0172 p0175. The funny thing is everything goes well the whole day and when I arrive right on my driveway the CEL/TRC/VSC comes up. Talk about timing. Before the code came up I drove it a little aggressively. I clear the code now we will see if it comes up again. I recently changed my Bank 2 sensor 1 and clear the trouble code for that P0051. So im guessing my Bank 1 sensor 1 starting to go bad since Im at 130k already. It was bound to happen I just want to make sure that its def a o2 sensor and not a bad MAF.

You have any hardware to monitor engine load and fuel trims?
If you can log the data and post the freeze frame data or even just post FFD that could help a lot.

That looks amazing. Where did you buy that / what is that reader called?

I clear my CEL yesterday for the same two code and now its back on after maybe 30 miles. I also bought an OBDII bluetooth reader for this reason. Should arrive later today. I'm curious as to maybe its a bad MAF sensor. Hopefully its a MAF because its the cheapest sensor to replace.

Any aftermarket mods on the car, like an intake or exhaust? Perhaps an exhaust leak?

Hello, everything is stock, i replaced my bank 1 catalytic converter lately but it has nothing to do with it because the problem appeared before that..

Which parameter is off? Excuse my lack of intelligence. I have a vsc error as well and I believe it's a vacuum leak and or o2 sensor. Which o2 sensor usually goes bad first? Upstream or downstream?

Lightbulb System too rich banks 1 & 2

Found a fix for my Lexus IS250, 2006, AWD.

This is really dumb, but my gas cap came loose and wouldn't tighten all the way.

Bought a new gas cap, restarted car, and the check engine light went off. No more problems with the odd idling and accelerating.

Additionally, the issue was caused after turning traction control off, and whipping donuts in the snow for maybe 30 seconds.

160,000 miles btw.

I just had this pop up the other day. System Too Rich Bank 1 & Bank 2. P0172, P0175 I cleared the codes. Filled up with some fresh 93 and now its a waiting game to see if it pops up again. Hopefully nothing serious but all the lights pop up like everyone has mentioned. VSC, CEL, and Traction. I hope it stays away.
