Aggressive tire specs (No stretch)?
I'm debating on mounting low profile tires or stretched tires on my 19x9 fronts & 19x10 rears bmw style 95 wheels. If I go low profile what size is just perfect for these wheels? I was thinking 275/30r19 on fronts & 285/30r19 rears or are those a bit too meaty? These wheels will most likely be only summer wheels.

Keep in mind that BMW uses low offset wheels on their cars, using adapters you're pushing the wheels at least 18-20mm (depending on the thickness of adapter) close or even past the fender. If you're lowered or plan on lowering your car those wide tires 275/30r19 on fronts & 285/30r19 rears are a big NO. You'll be rubbing the fenders on all four corners.
225 or 235/ 35/19 will give you slight stretch just enough to clear the front fenders.
If your wheels are redrilled to 5x114.3 then you have more room to play.

Wide wheels, wide tires, low offset and you end up with something like this...
Wide wheels, slightly stretched tires, correct offset and you clear the fenders:

What's the ET offset on those wheels? Are they OEM BMW redrilled to 5x114.3? Or are you using adapters?

This https://tyrestretch.com/list will help you see what it looks like. I would stick with 225 or 235/35/19 at the front. Anything bigger (too much tire) and you start rubbing the inner fender liner at full turn.
Use this https://tiresize.com/calculator/ (click on Tire Comparison) to see the different outcome using different sizes.
Good luck.
