Default Brake pedal clunk / step down -NEED HELP!

Ok I need some help on this, hopefully I can get some insight as to what is causing this issue. When I push the brake pedal down I get a slight clunk and almost like a step down in the pedal, I will push the pedal, then it like steps down and you can feel it in the pedal and hear it. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I will try and get a video of the noise.

A couple of ideas...

1.Press pedal down fully and operate switch by hand to see if its that.
2.Also hold hand around side bushes and see if you can feel play there when you press.
3. Open hood and listen for noise when you press.

Although this may not be very helpful but, I had an old Chevy C10 that did that very same thing and it was a bad master cylinder.
I rebuilt it and that resolved the problem. I'm not saying that's your issue but if that thump isn't coming from the switch then
the next logical item is the master cylinder (or maybe brake booster).

Brake masters says its my abs brake module actuator. Taking it in to Lexus to see if them come back with the same result. Anyone else have or had this issue?
