I did the retrofit and added XM radio to my 08 IS-250. Found the harness and tuner, bracket at a junkyard in Dallas all for about $125. Works great! Now I want to upgrade sounds and ordered some component speakers to replace the stock F/R door speakers from Crutchfield and found a Mark Levinson amp pretty cheap.
So couple of questions: Is the ML amp higher output than stock amp? Also the ML amp has a input for an antenna. What do I do with that? The shark fin antenna is currently plugged into the XM tuner. Thanks in advance.
Also It's good to be back on this site after a few months! I was a 2JGGTE single turbo Gen2 GS guy for many years. But I totaled the GS and decided I should get something newer. So I bought a 2011 S5. Nice car, fast but just wasn't a Lexus now is it.
