06 IS0250
170k. Outside of general maintenance I replaced the left rear wheel bearing and left axle cv joint. Adding oil every 3000k but i don't think IS350 have that problem.
I would not do the Tranny if you didn't do it before 100k. Unless they offer some guarantee's from the company doing it. Typically when you flush a trans you kick up crap. Most places around me don't do it over a certain mileage without a large WARNING

There is no answer to this question. I am at 127K on my 08 GS460 now but i can say that probably 110k of the 126k is in 8th gear (almost all highway miles). A mile in 8th gear is way different than a mile in 1st gear. Which leads me to wonder - can the computer(black box) on these cars be interrogated to show a break down on transmission gear vs time or vs miles? This would certainly be something to look at if buying a used Lexus.

I used to own a 06 is250 100k miles back in 2016, but traded for a is350 120k miles. Am approaching approximately 155k. The only thing that has broken down on me was the alternator.
One of the best cars i have ever owned !
So far i have added a lot of new parts which i didn't have to, but just because i want to run this car to the ground It's basically now a new car lol.
It makes me feel better and safer since i know what parts have been replaced.

Im one of the unlucky ones. 134k and I need a motor. On the good end it was still under dealer warranty and there covering it. I have full service records , all recalls were done and the oil changed at Lexus every 5k. They haven’t told me what went wrong with it but I think a valve spring might of broke and the valve dropped. They are putting a used motor in it. No idea what year or how many miles yet.

Who did you contact? My door panels have been fine until just the past few months. The car has always been kept in the garage etc. which I think may have extended the door panels life. The MSRP on them is crazy high ($1k per panel) and if I can get Lexus to do it that would be awesome because I would like to keep this car for another 10 years (handing it down to one of my kids).

How many miles are on the car? Air/fuel sensor usually start going bad after 100k (but won't give any warning lights yet just poorer fuel economy) and are completely shot by 200k miles... This is for any car. They're an easy DIY project... just make sure you use the correct anti-seize.
