Default IS 220d engine twitching

I need advise, at higher speeds (RPM 2500 and more / gear 4 +) engine starts to twitching like it will be choke. It happen only randomly but always when motor is warmed up and only if I drive to the hill or gradual climb.Diagnostics doesn't shown anything wrong but ... Any idea what might be wrong or what I have to change / repair?
Thanks in advance for support.

It almost sounds like a bad coil pack. Have you've had a tune up done? On my old Honda's this would happen when it needed new spark plug wires. Ignition related? Coil pack crap out once heated up if they are faulty.

theres no coil packs or spark plugs on a diesel... lol

it might just be that you are in the torque band and small throttle imputs make more of a difference or maybe a spot where he ECU jumps between power requested and power let off via the throttle body/turbo vanes? if you decrease or increase throttle does it go away?

Try manually shifting your gears, may be a transmission related issue.

Well, just for example when I'm on 4th driving 100km/h 2600rpm (always to hill and never downhill or plain) it starts. When I start to break and change gear to 3rd it stops but when I'm back to raise speed it starts again. It's happen only randomly but it's really annoying and it might be dangerously as well when I'm starting to overtaking.

IS220d's don't have ignition coils. Or spark plugs, for that matter.

IS220d's only came with manual transmissions, so I assume he is shifting manually.
