Default New and need help with bumper and lugs!!

Alright so I have a2008 Lexus is250 wad I just recently bought it however the bumper isn't completely attached to the side of the car behind my passenger rear wheel there is sort of a liner/molding cloth type material I'm not sure what you would call it so the problem is that is ripped and I want to get this replaced and I'm not to sure what to even call this part or maybe someone could tell me the part number or tell me what the official name of the part would be because when I drive it kind of flaps in the wind and I would really like to get it replaced but I'm not to sure what its called also when I bought this car it has wheel locks on it and I don't have the key for it and just want to put stock oem lugs on it but I'm not to sure where I can find the same oem ones used I checked out lexussouthatlantaparts.com hoping I could find the lug nuts or the liner material but I couldn't seem to find the right diagram for either of these so if someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it I would be doing all the work myself however I'm just not trying to go to the dealer and just hope to save a few bucks unless if you guys think that would be the best option also if anyone else knows of some good websites with good oem parts like lexusofsouthatlanta or any websites where you yourself may shop for parts when you need something I would once again greatly appreciate all of this

K3Bobby, welcome to Club Lexus.

Pictures will help us help you.

For your wheel locks, if the are Mcgard, go to this site: cs.mcgard.com All you do is email a picture of the lock and they will quote you and send you the key, for approximately $15.

Good luck on your new Lexus.

The dealer removed my wheel locks for 20 bucks...

Much less hassle than having a key made

I have removed my locks on the SC and the RX. I have to check the IS if it still has it.

Pic of the lugs would help. Also, do you want OEM lock lugs or OEM lugs? Found a used set of OEM lugs with lock and key here
