For my 2006 IS 350 ....I'm #2 on the list of 850 for the driver side panel after at least two years. I've honestly lost track. So frustrating! My Dash was replaced before the 'official' recall and all the other panels have slowly trickled in but this is taking far too long.

Call Lexus 800 number. Or register at your nearest Lexus dealer (or Lexus.com) and once on, check for recalls.

So after two years of waiting I gots all of mine done in one shot, funny thing though when they called me the service guy told me that it was only gonna be the dash and the rear door panels getting done. I dropped it off yesterday and they called me this morning so when I went to go pick up my ride I asked the service tech if he had like an eta for the front door panels to arrive he looks at me and tells me there all done. I was like wow ecstatic. It really looks incredible I feel like I got a brand new car again. Love it.

Apparently they must be getting some lots in now. I just dropped mine off for a new dash today. It has been 28 months since I got on the waiting list, and many more years of *****ing about the issues prior to warranty enhancements and waiting lists. Today is a good day!

i waited over a year for mine, by the time the dealership got back to me i had already sold the isx50 and upgraded to an isf. i wanna say it took 13 months in total. i would recommend just calling the dealership and asking them maybe once a month or something. to me it seems like if you do that your panels magically come in faster. i have a friend who didnt call once and is still waiting going 16months strong....

^^ damn 28months you had to wait, that mustve been unbearable. i thought my 13 months was crazy long

I called corp to complain a month ago. Then magically (or coincidentally) my panels and dash replacements appeared. I did tell them I ordered an LC, maybe that helped.
