TPMS Check System

Good evening all. On my way home, the Check System light came on and the tpms light came on the bottom right hand side of the dash. Took it to a tire shop and they said they couldn't get a reading from any of the sensors. Does anyone know the location of the TPMS ECU? i'm hoping its a loose plug. Also, does anyone know is this system is on its own circuit? does it run on a fuse? I want to try and troubleshoot myself before I resort to taking it to the dealer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. 2006 Lexus IS350 W/Nav if that helps.

I got new tires last year around sept-oct. Do they usually replace the sensors when they mount new tires?

This happened to me. My issue was my 09 ecu can't pick up the 2015 3is tpms

So i had to buy some new tpms all around

No. You certainly would have noticed a new set of TPMS sensors on the bill if they had. You probably have at least one sensor with a bad battery. The lithium batteries generally last about 8 - 10 years, so if you haven't already replaced them on your '06 you're more than due.
