Default IS250 tail light issue (Inner tail light blinking)

Anyone else have this issue? Just noticed it today ... My inner tail light keeps blinking.

I tried unplugging the tail light and plugging it back in ... still blinks. Hopefully its not going out ...

I have a very similar problem. I tried attempting to access the LEDs and their board; but the only way to do it would be to unglue the lense from the housing. Mine only does similar when cold. Once warmed up, it operates fine. I've thought about taking it off again and hitting it with a heat gun from the back side, and see if that does anything. Other than that, a replacement taillight will be needed.

I tried unplugging it (cutting power to the light), but not the battery.

That's what other people told me as well.

I tried opening it up too, but stopped when I realized that. No way to open it up without having to break the seal.

It it stopped for now, but if it continues I may try and snag a used inner tail
