Default Philips Ultinon's 6200k D4s

Hey All,

Just got some Ultinon's in for a great great deal. Also have Philips LED Ultinon 6200k Fog light bulbs coming in to match! Amazon Japan is awesome, quick shipping too. Ordered Saturday, got them in today.

From what I can see they are 100% authentic, someone correct me if I'm wrong tho!

I'm sure Xenondepot will chime in, but there are subtle differences to look for. I hope this can help:

Got em installed! Color is pure white, zero blue. Super bright, such a difference from my Garax 6000ks. Philips states the low beams have 3000 lumens, and 2400 lumens for the LED fogs. Got fogs and low beams for roughly 240

It's really hard to portray true color by any type of photo but from those you posted they do look great! I do have a couple quick questions though

how well do they match the led strip of the headlights?

compared to other oem HID equipped cars on the road, which ones do they most closely resemble....Acura tl? Escalade? Infiniti Q50? etc

thanks

Since the LED strips dims down once you have your headlights on, it wont match. But its pure white, no blue at all. I like it a lot. The LED fogs are really cool too, it has a cut off line, so it doesn't blind on coming traffic like it would if you had HID fog lights

haha it doesnt look like any of the cars you listed, its pure white! all the other cars look like theres blue hue to em. But! it does match the LED strip a lot better than my Garax's did.

Looks bright as hell. I had some xenon Depo 4500k. They were brighter than stock but they died and I replaced with generic ones from Napa auto. They look 4000k. How hard is it ordering from Amazon jp? Can you order thru Amazon into the Japanese site? Link?

These Philips are pretty white, was expecting some blue hue to it. They are more like 5500k but no complaints! love how bright it is.

heres the link for Philips Japan. Your web browser should have auto translation to english.

Links to Amazon.co.jp

For Fogs

I realized Philips japan no longer makes 6000ks, its only 6200k or 6700k. Also make sure the seller is Amazon.co.jp which should be sold and shipped by Amazon. I live in SoCal, I ordered on a Monday got the bulbs by thursday. super fast, and packaged nicely.

The LED Fogs are awesome, it doesn't blind on coming traffic and has its own little cut off line.

Here's a lil clip.

I turned off my LED fogs near the end.

Hey! I'm glad you did this review. I just got Phillips Ultinon D4S bulbs recently too and love them. They replaced a pair of DDM tuning 5000K HIDS which I thought were good, but theseriously are WAY better. The only thing is I have 5000k HID fogs and they don't match but those LED fogs look perfect! Thanks for the info!

Just took some photos! Top one = Low Beams only, Bottom = Low Beams + LED Fogs.

These bulbs match in color, and they actually match Lexus's LED strip pretty nicely.
