Thanks so much for the advice! I found a local guy in the area to do it $600 CAD including new gaskets. I only have 125,000 kms and the amount of buildup was pretty astonishing. Clublexus should pin this thread as a PSA for IS250 owners seriously...

I don't feel much difference in performance but I wasn't having the obvious carbon buildup problems yet. I'll definitely keep this as a regular service for as long as I own the car.

Thats awesome. I didnt feel crazy difference in my 09, except the idle was smoother and my throttle was instant.

My 06 though...it was like a new car. Glad to see it worked out for you too
