2008 Lexus IS250 AWD: Heater blowing cold air, please help.
Hi I have just changed my thermostat 2 days ago and now again it's blowing cold air only at a stop or parked the temperature gauge Still at normal I want to know could this be a heater control valve or a water pump please help and also is it normal for the hose connected to the thermostat housing to be cold??
