Wrong wheel offsets?
I owned an 06 IS250 RWD with four 235/35/R19 SSR Vienna wheels...
I just changed four new Michelin PSS tyres yesterday and then I figured out the problem..
Any comments ? THANKS!

May be I described not quite clear...
I have limited knowledge on rims and tyres beforehand
After I changed a set of second hand after market rims, I still cannot figure out the offset problem
Then, I went to tyre shops and changed for a new set of PSS tyres
After that I think the rear wheels look strange, then I realize the problem of the rims' size....However it is too late as I have already spent money on new sets of tyres
Do you have any good and cheap solutions for that? How about adding spacers to "push" the rear wheels out?

^^^^To me your pics spoke 1000 words, I certainly understood it, hence my response. Don't understand the others remarks. As far as spacers go:
1. I don't like them
2. I'm not sure that they come that thick. Maybe others will have a better answer for you.

Looks to me the tyre shop you took your car to took the wheels off, put tyres on and the fact your wheels are staggered (2 wider than the other) they put the wider on the front and the slimer on the back. Just a case of putting the backs on the front and vice versa.

what is the width / offset of all wheels? are they the same?
To me they look the way the standard 16" rim sits inside the arches.. I'm guessing 19x7+50 on a 215/35? or something v similar

All four wheels are 235/35/R19...
I have already exchange the front and rear wheels today...
The fronts looks OK, but the rear was still covered by the fenders....

Offset means the amount of how much the wheels stick under the arch, or poke out.

and there is a diagram on the left of 2 different specs but same size & width wheel on 235/35/19.
a lower offset wheel (+20) to a estimated +50 of what yours could be would poke out 30mm more to the arch and further away from the suspension strut than a high offset wheel, which would sit inside the arch and closer to the suspension strut.
Only way to get around this would be see if the shop took any spacers off, or go out and buy 25mm /30mm bolt on spacers to imitate a lower offset/wider wheel.

Well the only thing I can think of is, if the rear wheels did stick out more before it went into the shop, there must have been some spacers on the back and not put back on,.. Because those wheels have a very high offset by the looks of things.

Be fine with good quality 25mm / 30mm spacers. People who build those fake MR2 Ferrari F355 use ridiculous 60mm+ spacers and have no issues.. wouldn't really recommend going above 30mm though to avoid any added stress.
I did have some 25mm on a 5 series I had and no issues. I think H&R do a set. You'll need 5x114.3 bolt pattern and same thread size and make sure you get lugnuts that suit them.
