A bad pressure cap could cause that. So could a small piece of debris stuck in that cap allow it to leak under pressure.
With engine cold, remove the cap. Pull down the disc on the bottom and clean the rubber seal. If that disc is bent or won't seal, replace the cap.

today i removed the air from instalation, but the look the picture. After i turn off the engine the Coolant is coming out from the overflow hose. All this problem after i replaced the thermostat. It's possible to be water pump?
Hello, I purchased my 2008 Lexus is250 in Octomber with 130,000 miles. It's at 135,000 now and I noticed the coolant reservoir was empty so I filled it back up. It emptied back out with fluid sprayed around the reservoir and a leak from the overflow tube. I got a new thermostat, water pump, radiator cap and topped of both the radiator and reservoir and it's still leaking from the reservoir cap overflow tube. What do you guys think the problem could be? I've driven the is250 miles round trip with no overheating before I noticed this so I'm hoping it isn't something major. Also, there is no white smoke from my exhaust so I'm ruling out a headgasket failure.
In the pictures is the coolant from the overflow tube.
I put a bottle near the engine with the overflow tube insert and I drove around 170km.
Check the over flow tube direction. The overflow cap tab should be pointing the radiator. Not towards the engine. It seems it happened to me. Maybe an idiot jiffy lube tech messed with mine while getting an inspection done. I kept wondering why I was leaking coolant.
From your other post. Your cap is backwards. See picture you'll need to swap the cap around along with the hoses. BLEED THE COOLANT AGAIN.
I'll update it here the over flow tank cap is facing the engine. Flip it towards the radiator. That's the correct orientation. Attach the hoses accordingly.
My car has been running fine started overheating found out there was no coolant at all (****ty oil shop) didn't fill it up so filled it up found out the cap on the coolant reservoir tank was burnt so I bought a new one and still car is overheating any ideas?

Take that in for a complete flush noting that the hose that should be attached to that cap in your hand is missing so the engine is ONLY able to dump coolant when hot and NOT pickup coolant and refill the block when it cools.
Once filled and the hose installed, it will take a few heat up cool down cycles to fill the block and displace all the air, assuming major damage has not occured already.

You bow probably have to bleed the system. Air is trapped inside maybe. Cheapest route is radiator cap. Next depending on the milage faulty thermostat. I would check for any pink crust on the water pump area as well.
Look for any build up of pink crust. Could be a cracked radiator. Pull the panel covering the radiator.
