2008 Lexus IS250 Engine Noise

have a listen. Sound is coming from the front of the engine. Definitely an accessory. Water pump is original as is the tensioner. Has 166k miles.

As many water pump issues members talk about having on here, that would be the first place I'd look. Sounds like the WP bearing is about to take a crap on you.
