I know the rules and have reviewed every thread I could find in the past two days. My symptoms are the same as others but their fixes has not resolved my issue. My key fob will not lock or unlock the doors and neither will the switch inside the car on the driver or passenger side. I can hear a clicking noise in the passenger floor board when I hit the unlock button inside the car. I have checked all the fuses and everything was fine. I just purchased the car and every electronic works except the locks. Where is the multiplex or body control module and how do you access it. Can anyone lead me to the right part number to buy a used module and does it need to be the passenger side or driver side module. I hate to take it to the dealer and spend 1,000 if it's something I can change out.

Is the part I need one of these? If so where are they located to replace them?

All four doors are bad? Most of the time when people have this problem it's a bad door lock actuator, but it seems unlikely that all four would have gone.

Yeah I'm ordering the motors to replace in the actuators just in case, but I have a hard time believing that the actuators are my problem. No one else has had to change out a body module??

I've went through all the fuses again today. When I take out the ti te fuse and put it back in, it locks the doors. After that they still do not work. Anyone have any ideas?

Had you had any work done on the vehicle right before this issue arose? Install anything new into it recently?
