Default Stripped Allen nut on rear sway bar end links

Was trying to remove my F Sport rear sway bar (trading/selling car) and I think I stripped the hex but on the end links. It is a 6mm nut right?

Just had to leave it on for now. Not sure what to do

You can use a pair of thin vice-grips on the other end of the end link, but you run the chance of messing up the rubber boots. I did that since I gave up on the allen key when I installed my sway bar though I got away with not damaging the boots.
