Default Looking to buy: 06 is250 awd rr cv axle

Not quite sure if this is the right place to post this; but I recently started having some major popping clicking issues come from my right rear cv axle. I'm pretty darn sure that the issue here. It's going both straight AND turning.

I'm looking to buy a used cv axle for the right rear for an 06 AWD is250 so I can brush off this 900$ quote that lexus of Mobile is giving me.

Did you check places like LKQ? Ebay has them as well, ranging from 160 to nearly 600.

Eh, might need to correct that. My search decided to include RWD for the fun of it.

Part# 4233022010 is what you're looking for, correct? (GSE25 is the AWD variant)

If you call up LKQ and provide the part number 447-50175 (right rear axle), they may be able to search around the country at their yards and see if they carry it, otherwise, you're stuck paying 6-700.

Not a single one on ebay right now.

On a positive note, I'm beginning to see more rebuilt cores (fronts) for the AWD model.

.

I heard from the "grapevine" that supposedly they made Vin specific CV axles for this year for the rear. This kind of sounds silly; but you never know... any chance that you can attest to this rumor?

^ This came from a shop that I assume is trying to just get me to purchase through them after I stated that I found a used one from a friend.

...The 235.00 save is actually not to shabby vs the 900.00 Appreciate the link and the actual part number.

I will give them a call tomorrow and see if there is any luck and post back with an update for others.

I know! It's a major bummer right now. Unfortunately I've already replaced the fronts. They aren't terribly priced and we're super easy to find.

I just need my rears now. Wish me luck on the hunt!

Default Just replaced!

Went ahead and called the first suggestion and they couldn't seem to locate anything cheaper than what lexus of south Atlanta offered..

Went ahead and ordered the part and they even threw in another discount for my troubles.
Great customer service. Ordered friday. Delivered monday. AWESOME.
