Angry HVAC - After market audio head unit install

Need some help!!

I lost my HVAC (A/C, Heating, Fan controls)
I pulled the board from the stock radio and plugged in the middle wire set.

Installed the following on a 2008 IS250 RWD:

PIONEER DEH-X9600BHS (Single DIN)
Metra Axxess TYTO-01 (To retain Stock AMP)
Metra Axxess ASWC-1 (To retain Steering wheel controls)

What am I doing wrong? What do I need to be plugging into the OEM HVAC board?

Thanks in advance.

Is this fix, plug n play, or is soldering going to be necessary?

Plug the factory radio back in with all three plugs and just piggyback your aftermarket stereo to the wire harness. You can use quick connects to tee the wires. For the steering wheel controls cut the wires off the harness to the radio and connect to the modulator you purchased so it does not activate the original radio.
